レ・バールはメルフィの集落の南側に位置する砂質土壌の単一畑で、1950年代にブドウ畑が再建される中、昔のシャンパーニュ造りをしのぶために接ぎ木なしでピノ・ムニエが植樹された。熟したリンゴや南国果実、バニラの豊かな香り。パワフルな果実やキレのある酸が純粋に表現され、接ぎ木なしのブドウならではの溢れんばかりのエネルギーに圧倒される。余韻は長くクリーミー。 畑：Les Barres　レ・バール。根を深く張る砂質土壌の単一畑。石灰が少ない古第三紀（白亜紀の次の記）由来の砂質。オレンジ色の土壌で、地表から2mのところにチョークの層がある。タイエの所有区画に向かって右隣がヴーヴクリコの所有区画。栽培品種は自根のピノ・ムニエ（0.49ha）とピノ・ノワール（0.42ha）。同じピノ・ムニエでもレ・ザリエと比べると、味わいはより丸みがあり、アーモンドやオレンジ、塩気を備えている。現在の所有者はシャルトーニュ・タイエ、メルフィのもう一つのシャルトーニュ家（栽培しているがブドウは売っている）、ヴーヴ・クリコのみ。 熟成：バリック熟成後、約42ヶ月熟成　ドサージュ：4.25g/Lアルコール度数：12.5％
