ドン ペリニヨン エノテークは、自らの手でプレニテュードと呼ばれる飛躍的な熟成の段階を経たワインです。年月のみに頼ることなく、酵母の力を最大限に引き出した大いなる熟成は、何年かに一度ずつ、ワインを新たなる次元に高めてくれます。年月をかけて二度目のプレニテュードを迎えたワインは新鮮さを忘れず、しかし熟成し堂々とした芳醇さを示してくれます。ドンペリニヨン エノテーク 1993 750ml 大いなる熟成、シャンパーニュ（CHAMPAGNE）:ドンペリニヨンシャンパーニュ（CHAMPAGNE）●名称：シャンパーニュ●保存方法：直射日光を避けて保管ください。酒類には、一部を除き「賞味期限」の設定はございません。日本酒：未開封の場合、製造年月から約1年を美味しくお飲みいただける期間となっております（生酒・生貯蔵酒の場合は約8ケ月）焼酎：焼酎は蒸留しているため、アルコール度数が高く腐りません。いずれの場合でも開封後は、なるべくお早目にご賞味ください。20歳未満への酒類の販売は 固くお断りしていますドンペリニヨン エノテーク 1993 750ml17世紀のある日、気温の悪戯からか樽の中で泡を生じたワインを発見した瞬間、ドン ピエール ペリニヨン神父は運命を定められました。シャルドネとピノ・ノワールというふたつの異なる黒葡萄をアサンブラージュすることで、より繊細、純粋で深い味わいを生み出します。
