At the time, Dom P?rignon was fermented in oak. There is a slightly burnished quality to the 1962 that is incredibly appealing today. This is another timeless beauty from Dom P?rignon, fully mature and at a glorious peak of expression. Well-stored bottles should continue to deliver thrilling drinking for a number of years.
