ドン・ペリニョン・エノテーク1996年が遂に入荷！ 15年熟成されて出てきた極上のシャンパンです！！！またWine Advocate #192（2010-12-23）97点を獲得しています！超高級シャンパンを飲んでみませんか？？？＜ドン・ペリニョンのホームページより＞ドン・ペリニヨン　エノテーク　ヴィンテージ1996はセラー内で過ごす醸造過程で、2回目の熟成ピークに達しました。 ‘エノテーク’は、oeno（ワインの）とtheque（蔵書、貯蔵庫）からなる造語で、‘ワイン・ライブラリー’という意味を持ちます。プラリネのアロマはすぐにシトロン、乾燥イチジクと混ざりあい、ヨードやピート香を感じさせるノートが現れます。口に含むと、凝縮感と活き活きとした味わいのパラドックスが感じられます。ワインの構造はしっかりとしており、主張を感じます。その芳醇な力強さが口いっぱいに広がり、繊細な豊かさが見事なまでに力強くいつまでも残ります。（1996年の収穫について）この年はコントラストに富んだ年でした。夏の天気は変わりやすく、湿度の高い時期になっても一足早めの水不足を十分に補うことはできませんでした。しかし、収穫日（9月16日）の前月になって、灼熱と北東風の恩恵を受け、葡萄にミレジメ独特の熟成をもたらしました。（香り）プラリネのアロマはすぐにシトロン、イチジクと混じりあい、全体ではヨードや泥炭を感じさせる奥深いノートとなります。（味わい）口に含むと、凝縮してかつ生き生きとしたミレジメの味わいに思わず息をのむほどです。しっかりとした構造でバランスは十分。力強く、芳醇で、口腔内に上品な味覚が広がります。こくがあり、繊細で、いつまでも残る後味は見事です。種類　シャンパン生産地　フランス／シャンパーニュ格付　AOCシャンパーニュ品種　非公開味わい　辛口容量　750ml ※並行輸入品です。 ★ギフトラッピング（包装）は有料です。　ラッピングをご希望の方はこちらからラッピングをお買い求め下さい。
