ついての説明 このラベルには、エノテークの表記がございません。通常のラベルを使用しておりますが、バックラベルにデゴルジュマンされた日が記載されております。（1997年9月4日）エノテークの古いヴィンテージは、通常のラベルと、エノテークのラベルの2種類が存在致します。日本にエノテークが入る前から海外では先に流通しており、途中からエノテークの専用ラベルを作ったためです。 ■ご注文について ・こちらの商品はご注文後にお取り寄せを致します。商品入荷まで数日掛かりますので、ご希望のお日にちにお届け出来ない場合もございます。・こちらの商品は輸入元様の在庫の為、急に在庫が欠品になる場合もございます。ご了承の上お買い求め下さい。 プレステージ・シャンパンの代名詞、ドン ペリニヨン。そのドン ペリニヨンの中でも、エノテークは、特に選ばれた存在です。 エノテークとは？ 第一、第二、第三と、段階的に迎えるその熟成のピークを『プレニテュード』と呼びます。ドン ペリニヨンの中でも、最初のピークを迎えた時点で、いくつかのヴィンテージに、特に、ドン ペリニヨンの持つべき素晴らしい個性、更なる熟成の可能性が感じられるものがあります。そんな素晴らしい逸品を、第二、第三のプレニチュードで楽しむという、最高の贅沢を味わうために選ばれたのが、エノテークなのです。エノテークになるべき1本を選び出すのは、ドン・ペリニョンの醸造最高責任者リシャール・ジェフロワ氏。ドン ペリニヨンのあるべき姿を体で知っている彼が、自らの舌と経験で厳選したものなのです。 そんなエノテーク、日本でも、80年代ヴィンテージまでは、お飲みになった事のある方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、66年となると、ほとんどいらっしゃらないのでは？数々のプレステージ・シャンパーニュを網羅した、リシャール・ジュラン氏著の『4000のシャンパーニュ』でも、この1966エノテークが紹介され、2002年5月の試飲時点で、『あと二年ほど寝かせると更なる凝縮感、深みが出るだろう。』と、書かれています。1966年といえば、今年40歳の方の、バースデー・ヴィンテージ。折角の記念、世に中々出回らない、1966年のエノテークで乾杯はいかがですか？40歳じゃなくても、シャンパン好きには、喉から手が出そうなほど欲しい1本である事は間違いありません。1本だけの入荷です♪ ドンペリ ペリニョン
