ギフト対応商品情報産地フランス/シャンパーニュ色シャンパーニュ（発泡性・白）品種シャルドネ　　　ピノ・ノワール　容量 750ml ドンペリニヨンの中には、段階的に進化していくものがあります。7年間の熟成を経てドンペリニヨンは最初のピークを迎え、確固たるスタイルが築き上げられますが、一部のヴィンテージは澱と共に熟成を続け、その後も静かに進化していきます。醸造最高責任者だけが入ることを許されるセラーで熟成を重ねたこのドンペリニヨンは、一本一本醸造チームによるテイスティングと選定の結果選ばれた、ドンペリニヨンエノテークという名にふさわしい特別なシャンパンです。 ◆エノテーク　ヴィンテージ1995◆ ドンペリニヨンエノテークヴィンテージ1995はセラー内で過ごす醸造過程で、 2回目の熟成のピークに達しました。 1995年のヴィンテージは、葡萄の早熟によって特徴づけられます。 1995年は、記憶に残るほど例外的な夏でした。春はやや曇りがちで開花は遅めでしたが、到来した猛暑によって6月末までには一気に花をつけました。夏の2ヶ月間は、稀に雷雨があったほかは雨がほとんど降らず、気温は過去30年間の中で最も高い気温でした。収穫はシャルドネが9月18日に、ピノ・ノワールが25日に始まりました。香りは、ビスケットと収穫したばかりの穀物のアロマに加えて、柑橘類の皮の香りとブラックチェリーの香りが瞬く間に展開します。全体的な印象としては、スモーキーさとトーストしたアロマが感じられます。口に含むと、力強さとしっかりとした構造が味覚を呼び覚ますと、濃縮したフルーツが口の中を覆いつくします。そして、生き生きとして、かすかな苦味を含んでいながら、ミネラルに引き立てられたピュアな後味が現れます。＊画像は1995年ですが、お届けする商品は1996年になります。
