★★★★★ （2009/3/5昼） アンリ・ジロー試飲セミナー（大阪） ★★★★★　（2009/3/5夜） アンリ・ジローディナー（ラ・ベカス） 幸運にも未発売の2000年のフュ・ド・シェーヌをリリース前に一足先にご馳走になりました。過去に1996、1998、1999を飲みましたが、2000年が今まで飲んだ、フュ・ド・シェーヌの中で最も美味しい★★★★★と思いました。1999年と2000年を同時に飲みましたが、各ヴィンテージの個性、言うまでもなく、どちらも素晴らしい（高いレベルでの競争）ですが、2000年が味わいの面で1999年を圧倒いたしているように思いました。個人的には、2000年の方が好みです。ボトル差もあるでしょう。 2000年ですが、アンリ・ジローのスタイルである、「豊潤にしてエレガント、奥深さ、フィネスを感じる高貴な味わい」を見事に表現しています。ドザージュ（糖分添加）を1リットル当たり9グラムとやや多めにしているからでしょう。砂糖を焦がしたような独特な香ばしさ、リッチで旨みにあふれた味わいに仕上がっております。 フュ・ド・シェーヌは、完熟ブドウを手摘み、フュ・ド・シェーヌ...
