シャンパンのクリエーターと言われる“ドン・ピエール・ペリニヨン”が、17世紀に「世界最高のワインを造る」という野望を抱いてから三世紀。ドン・ペリニヨンは今も彼のビジョンに忠実に造られています。 その偉大な功績に最高の敬意を払うべく、全てのヴィンテージには特級畑だけではなく、彼が生涯を送ったオーヴィレールの一級畑で栽培されたシャルドネとピノ・ノワールがアサンブラージュされています。 作柄の素晴らしい年に収穫された葡萄のみを使い、絶妙なバランスで造られる芸術品。常に最高のヴィンテージだけが、ドン・ペリニヨンであることを許されるのです。 アイスランド出身の世界的アーティストのビョーク（björk）と前衛的映像作家クリス・カニンガム（Chris Cunningham）のコラボレーションによる限定ドンペリの希少ロゼ2004ヴィンテージです。 単一年に収穫された最上級の葡萄のみを使い、地下セラーの樽で最短でも8年間熟成されたシャンパンを“ヴィンテージ”と呼ぶ。「最短でも」というのは、ヴィンテージはじつに三度も熟成のピークを迎えるのだ。一度目が8年、二度目が16年、そして三度目が25年前後といわれている。 手間と時間のかかるヴィンテージを造り続けることは、ドン ペリニヨンのワイン造りにおける哲学の一片。 「The Power of Creation（創造する力）」をコンセプトに、今年も気鋭のアーティストとのコラボレーションが実現した。 20年以上に渡り、ドン・ペリニヨンの醸造最高責任者を務めるRichard Geoffroyリシャール・ジェフロワ氏は・・・ 作柄の素晴らしい年に収穫されたブドウのみを使い、絶妙なバランスで造られる芸術品。常に最高のヴィンテージだけが、ドン・ペリニヨンであることを許されるのです。 波乱万丈であった2004年ヴィンテージは、収穫直前に晴天と、昼夜の寒暖差に恵まれ、収穫したブドウは、世紀のグレートヴィンテージと呼ばれた2002年に肉薄する程のバランスの良さです。 口に含むと瞬時に爽やかな心地よさが広がります。 レモンやプラム、ドライフルーツ、ミネラルのニュアンスと気品あるトーストの香り。 熟成を経て深みを増しており、口中に香りが広がるにつれ、より複雑な味わいに変化していきます。 しっかりした果実味がありながら、熟成による深みを備えた、フィネスに富んだ素晴らしい味わいをお楽しみください。 希少なロゼを纏う限定ボトルの人気はすさまじいの一言。 ※正規輸入MHDディアジオ モエ ヘネシー株式会社
