97点！シャンパンを愛する人の心を捉えて離さない造り手、ジャック・セロス氏が愛弟子と認め、シャンパン界の新星として一躍脚光を浴びたのが、オリヴィエ・コラン氏の手掛けるユリス・コラン。本拠地コート・デ・ブランのコンジーから6kmほど離れた小区画《レピエリエール》のシャルドネ100％で造られたブラン・ド・ブランが入荷しました！ワイナリーとして初めてリリースしたのが2004年物の《レピエリエール》。ユリス・コランにとっても、大切なキュベです。今回、《ワインアドヴォケイト誌》で…◆『97点を獲得！』生産量も少なく、入手できる本数は限られてますが、今なら、ご用意できます♪まだまだ進化を続けるユリスコランから目を離せません！

Collin elected to retain some 4,000 bottles of the NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Pierrieres (2015) for additional maturation on the lees, disgorging them after 48 months in March 2020 with the usual 1.7 grams per liter dosage. Mingling aromas of citrus oil, fresh bread, macadamia nuts, crushed chalk and white flowers, it's full-bodied, multidimensional and tightly wound, with a deep and layered mid-palate, racy acids and a long, intensely chalky finish. As usual, it's the most chiseled, mineral wine in the range, but the additional time on lees has given the wine another dimension.
