商品説明グレード A.O.C. 葡萄品種 シャルドネ, ピノ・ノワール 生産国 フランス 地域 シャンパーニュ生産者 シャンパーニュ・テタンジェテイスト 辛口容量 750m スタイル スパークリング アルコール度数（％） テイスティングノート 最初は柑橘類で、特にブラッドオレンジの力強いアロマを示し、ブラックカラントのキルシュのより熟した香りが表れる。濃縮したアタックに、力強いチェリーのシロップ漬けの果実味が広がる。中位の風味は、ワインのように濃厚で、非常によい組成を示す。ワインの特徴 「コント・ド・シャンパーニュ ロゼ」はテタンジェ社が培ってきたノウハウの極みともいえる最高傑作です。天候に恵まれた特別な収穫年にしか生産されず、さらに生産量が非常に限られている希少なシャンパーニュです。 コート・デ・ブラン地区の主にグランクリュに格付けされた素晴らしいブドウ畑で収穫されたシャルドネ種を30％、そして最上級のピノ・ノワール種70%から醸されます。またピノ・ノワールの一部(12％)は赤ワインとしてブレンドされているのです。 4世紀に建てられたセラーでゆっくりと長い時を重ね、エレガンス、フィネスにあふれた繊細で複雑なその神秘的な味わいをお楽しみください。 テイスティングノート 深みのあるピンク色。非常にきめ細かな気泡が勢いよく立ち上り、繊細なリングを形作る。始め、かんきつ類で、特にブラッドオレンジの力強いアロマを示し、続いて赤や黒色の果物の砂糖漬け、カリンのペースト、ブラックカラントのキルシュのより熟した香りが表れる。濃縮したアタックに、非常に力強いチェリーのシロップ漬けの果実味が広がる。中位の風味は、ワインのように濃厚で、非常によい組成を示す。 相性の良い料理 グレービーソースを使用した赤肉料理や、ピンクラム肉と好相性。また、ベリー類のデザートや、フルーツサラダと合わせるのもお勧め。
