MHD モエヘネシーディアジオ Dom Perignon シャンパンギフト御祝御歳暮 2013年ドンペリニヨンは、単一年に収穫された、最高品質の葡萄のみから造られるというヴィンテージに対するこだわりを持っています。それぞれの収穫年の特徴を読み解き、ヴィンテージごとに新たなる価値を見出します。収穫された葡萄の品質がドンぺリニヨンの基準に満たない場合は、その年のヴィンテージが発表されることはありません。地下セラーで最低8年間熟成させた後、ドンペリニヨンは完璧なバランスを手に入れます。これこそがドンペリニヨンであり、それは完成されたハーモニーです。2013年の気候は、春から雨が多く、開花も遅れた年だった。夏は記録的な暑さと乾燥に見舞われ、ブドウが生育。9月の収穫前に強い日照と強風にさらされた結果、糖度と酸度の両方が高いブドウができあがった。ユーカリやミントなどグリーン系の香気に加え、アプリコットなど複数のイエローオレンジ系の香り、そしてペッパーやカルダモンといったブラウン系の香りが絡み合い、塩味と燻製が広がる。
