Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Rosé / テタンジェ コント・ド・シャンパーニュ・ロゼはフランス北東部のシャンパーニュ地方で生産される発泡性のワイン、シャンパンです。生産者はTaittinger/テタンジェ(NM:ネゴシアン・マニピュラン)です。
商品詳細
(写真は2002年ですが、2004年をお届けします) コント・ド・シャンパーニュ・ロゼは偉大なヴィンテージだけではなく、日照量が8〜9月の中旬まで充分にあり、葡萄が完全に熟した時のみ造られます。今日ではテタンジェ社の所有となっている、サン・ニケーズ修道院（13世紀）のカーヴで、フランス革命以前に使われていた、シャンパーニュ地方で最も古い形のボトルに入れられます。 一番絞りの果汁だけが使われます。圧搾のあと果汁に黒葡萄の皮を数日間付け込み、その赤ワインをシャンパーニュの伝統的な白ワインにブレンドさせます。そして瓶内2次発酵後、セラーで澱上で3〜4年間は熟成されます。熟成によってゆっくりとより芳醇になり、バランスの取れた柔らかさが増し、赤い果実の特長的な香りを維持します。 ばら色の美しい色合いで、繊細な泡が幾筋かのチェーンを形づくり立ち上ります。芳醇で、野イチゴやカシスなどのベリー系のフレッシュな香りが漂い、フレッシュアーモンドやリコリスのニュアンスもあります。口に含むと果実味がいっぱいに広がり、豊かでカシスのようなタンニンの骨格が感じられます。 ●産地：フランス／シャンパーニュ ●葡萄品種：ピノ・ノワール(ブジー村産)赤ワイン用16％、ピノ・ノワール(モンターニュ・ド・ランス産)白ワイン用54％、シャルドネ(コート・デ・ブラン産)30％ ●こちらの商品はお取り寄せになりますので、発注後2-5日後の出荷となります。輸入元の在庫状況により品切れ、ヴィンテージ変更の場合がありますが、その場合はこちらよりご連絡差し上げます。
