【 Ulysse Collin ユリス・コラン 】　シャンパーニュのコンジィ村にて、約200年前からブドウ栽培にあたっていた　コラン家ですが、現当主オリヴィエ・コラン氏の曽祖父であるジョルジュ・コラン氏が　1930年にシャンパーニュの販売を始め、その息子のルネ氏が販路などを　拡大していったとのこと。　オリヴィエ氏の父は他のネゴシアンのパートナーとなり、ドメーヌとしての　販売は行っていなかったようですが、2003年にドメーヌをスタートさせた　オリヴィエ氏がブドウ畑を取り戻し、2004年にファーストヴィンテージとなる　シャンパーニュをリリースしました。　　ちなみにこちらのオリヴィエ氏が修行した先は、なんとあの「ジャック・セロス」！　アンセルム・セロス氏は、自らの弟子として認めるのは「ジェローム・プレヴォー」、　「ベルトラン・ゴーテロ」、そしてオリヴィエ・コラン氏だけだと　取材に答えているそうです。　ユリス・コランのシャンパーニュは、見かけ上はノン・ヴィンテージとされているものの、　実際には単独年で収穫されたブドウのみを使って造られているとのこと。　こちらの「レ・ピエリエール・ブラン・ド・ブ...
