Taittinger　テタンジェ　 テタンジェは、現在250haの畑を持ち、その必要量のほぼ半分を賄っている。年間売りあげ400万本、ストックは1500万本という量である。醸造設備こそ近代的であるが、酒作りは伝統的なもの。Brut　Reserve（NV）は60％がピン・ノワール、40％がシャルドネ。ヴィンテージ物もぶどう比率はほぼ同じだが、シャルドネの風味が出るようにしている。同社は二種の特吟物を造っている。一つは、1978年から始めたテタンジェ・コレクションと呼ばれるヴィンテージ物、もう一つは、コート・デ・ブラン地区の最上畑（100％グラン・クリュ）のシャルドネだけを使ったComtes　de　Champagne　Blanc　de　Blancs。 これはウダール神父時代の古い壜のデザイン。なお、このロゼもある。 テタンジェシャンパンは、いわば既製服でなくテーラーメイド的なシャンパン。品質は一流で悪かろうはずがない。優美さと清純の象徴のような気品をもっている。シャルドネの持ち味が良く出たすっきりしたタイプである。特吟のComtes　de　Champagne　は数あまたあるブランド・ド・ブ...
