シャンパーニュ地方で最も古いメゾンの一つであるフィリポナの歴史は1522年に初代のアヴ リル・ル・フィリポナがアイ村とディジィ村の中間に位置する単一畑「ル・レオン」を購入 したことに始まります。同家は1910年にマルイユ・シュール・アイ村に移り、1935年には、 シャンパーニュ地方の稀少な単一畑「クロ・デ・ゴワス」を単独所有したことで、メゾンの 名が一躍世界に広まりました。1999年より16代目のシャルル・フィリポナが指揮を執り、先 祖代々受け継がれた伝統を重んじながらも、畑の持ち味とテロワールの特徴を最大限に引き 出したシャンパーニュ造りを行っています。 フィリポナが手掛ける「クロ・デ・ゴワス」の畑はマルイユ・シュール・アイ村にある丘陵 地、傾斜45度の急斜面に位置し、5.83haに及ぶ畑の大部分は真南を向いています。そのため 、畑には太陽の日差しがたっぷりと降り注ぎ、よく熟したブドウが実ります。また、このテ ロワール特有の石灰質土壌がワインに繊細なミネラル感と酸をもたらし、力強さとエレガントさを備えた格別な味わいを生み出してい ます。ワイン名の「ゴワス」は急峻な斜面を意味するこの地方の古い方言です。詳細を閉じる
