クロ(石垣)に守られた1.8haほどの歴史ある小さな畑で、単一年に収穫されるシャルドネのみで造られる、年間生産量2万本以下のブラン・ド・ブランの最高峰。ヘーゼルナッツやヌガー、ジンジャーなどのコクのある円熟したアロマが豊かながら、力強くフレッシュな刺激が突然弾けるように現れ、全体が見事に引き立てられています。
