概要

最初の一口は、熟れたトロピカルフルーツの香りが溢れ出すほどに濃密。マンゴーやパイナップルを思わせるエキゾチックな果実味が、繊細で優しい泡立ちと絶妙なバランスを描き出す。しかしグラスの中で時間をかけるにつれ、過剰な熟度感は静かに和らいでゆき、驚くほどの透明感と純粋さが姿を現す。シャルドネ5種のクローンが織り成す複雑さ、ゼロドサージュがもたらす研ぎ澄まされた余韻。コート・デ・バールの0.1haという極小区画から年産800本未満しか生まれないこの一本は、シャンパーニュの概念を静かに塗り替える。

ローズ・ド・ジャンヌ オート・ランブレは、シャンパーニュ地方南端のコート・デ・バール（オーブ県）に位置する、面積わずか0.1haの極小区画「ラ・オート・ランブレ」から生まれるブラン・ド・ブランです。

生産者のセドリック・ブシャールが掲げる哲学は「ひとつの畑、ひとつの品種、ひとつの収穫」。異なる畑やヴィンテージをブレンドするシャンパーニュの慣例を排し、単一区画・単一品種・単一ヴィンテージの純粋な表現を追求しています。

使用品種はシャルドネ100%で、5種類の異なるクローンをブレンドすることで複雑なニュアンスを生み出しています。ボトルにはNVと表記されますが、実際は単一ヴィンテージのぶどうのみを使用したミレジム仕様です。

醸造では3回圧搾のうち最初のキュヴェのみを厳選し、天然酵母のみを用いてステンレスタンクで発酵。樽は一切使用せず、ぶどう本来の純粋さを引き出します。ろ過を行わず、約38ヶ月の瓶熟成を経てリリース。ドサージュはゼロで、余計なものを一切加えない潔さが、唯一無二の透明感を生み出します。

瓶内の気圧は通常の約6気圧より低い約4.5気圧に抑えられており、口当たりにしなやかさと繊細さをもたらしています。

白身肉や魚料理との相性が特に優れており、アペリティフよりも食事とともにその真価を発揮します。
