サロンの最新ヴィンテージ1990が入荷しました。夏に入荷したときはすぐに売り切れてしまいご迷惑をお掛けいたしました。まだ試飲はしていませんが、「1990」と言うヴィンテージに大いに期待がもてます。 トム・スティーブンソンの「シャンパーニュ＆スパークリングワイン」でのコメントをご紹介しておきます。 　「明らかに素晴らしいワイン。エレガントで花のような香りと、熟成感のある美しい酸味が、此のワインが実に優美なものになることを約束している。」 最新のワイン・スペクテーター誌2001年11月15日号ではこちらのサロン1990は97ポイントのハイスコア。コメントを見る限りではこちらの方がちょっと早く飲めるかなと言う方がしますが、とりあえずはそのコメントをご紹介しておきます。 　「輝きが詰まっている。古色豊かなナッティーな感じとレモンやスイカズラのようなフレッシュさを併せ持っており、またこれらがきちんとした緊張感と、シルクのようななめらかさのなかにあるのも素晴らしい。最良の時はフィニッシュにやってくる。万華鏡のようにビスケットやイチジク、クルミの味わいが次々と繰りかえされる。飲み頃は現在から2004...
