Information 品名クロデモネ / グートルブブイヨワイン名（原語） Goutorbe-Bouillot / Clos des Monnaies タイプスパークリングワイン・辛口内容量 750ml 産地フランス・シャンパーニュ品種シャルドネ50% / ピノ・ムニエ50% 商品説明稀少な「クロ」の畑に植わる古樹から生まれるトップ・キュヴェ 1930年に植樹された樹齢80年を越える稀少なクロの畑から生み出されるドメーヌのトップ・キュヴェ。2010年が初リリースです。現在シャンパーニュにある31のクロの中で最も樹齢の古いクロの一つです。8年近くにもなる非常に長い熟成期間を経てリリースされるシャンパン。ラベルデザインの円形は畑で見つかった古代ローマの貨幣に因んだ縁起物。マネとは貨幣のことを指しています。柑橘類や白い花、ブリオッシュ、スパイス、ヘーゼルナッツ、ハチミツなど多様な要素が華やかに香ります。きめ細やかで洗練された泡立ちと伸びやかで豊かな酸。よく熟した黄色や白のフルーツの味わいが口中を満たしていきます。トップ・キュヴェにふさわしい骨格と厚みを備えたワインです。長期の熟成にも耐えるポテンシャルも感じます。 ■醸造：樽発酵・樽熟成。マロラクティック発酵無し。無濾過、無清澄。 ■瓶内澱熟成：108ヵ月 ■ドサージュ：2g/L 備考気温の高い時期はクール便での配送をお勧めいたします。
